Emulators

Finally some emulators have sound,
!!SOUND!!, and its really good! Both the Snes9x (use to be Snes96 and Snes97)
and the Esnes have sound. Snes9x has a little better sound but when you
use the sound the program emulates slower because it have to process the
sound to. This problem has Lord Esnes (creator of the Esnes) solved in
the latest version (0.14) and the emulator runs just as fast with sound
as with out (almost anyway). Then there is Nerlaska Snes. This emulator
stands for the speed!!! It is the fastest of them all!!, but it has no
sound and it don't support as many games as the other emulators.
Conclusion: If you have a speedy
computer you should chose Snes9x, if you have a little less speedy computer
you should chose Esnes and if you only have a slow 486 (<75Mzh) and/or
don't thinks that sound is so necessary you should chose Nerlaska Snes.
