F14 Halmstad 1969.

On this page is a gallery of pictures from airshows at F14, Halmstad.

F14 was founded in 1944 as a bomb/attackbase. After 1961 it was reorganized as a schoolunit. During the years many airshows has taken place here, also after beeing a non-flying unit. Here are som pictures that reminds of past years, taken by my father who was a signaltechnician and worked in the Royal Swedish Airforce at F14, Halmstad from 1944 to 1971. This page is dedicated to his memory.

Programs from the 1949, 1994 and 1969 airshows. The pictures below are from 1969, the quality has deteriorated, probably caused by bad storageconditions ( my garage). I have tried to make the best of it, but sometimes the result is not very good.

The Bloodhound antiairmissile was part of our airdefense for some years. A32 Lansen and J29 Tunnan also played a significant role.

The Mach 2 fighter J35 Draken. A Vertol 44 helicopter. The SAAB 37 Viggen was new, this one is from FC ( Flighttest Central).

Halmstad Flygklubb was represented by this MFI Junior. Magnus Kruuse, my father who took the pictures, at his work.
