True Friendship
We are not able to pick our family
But we do pick our friends
They in time come to mean family to us
They help us in time of need
They let us lean on them when we need a shoulder
It is the simple little everyday things that mean
the most
We have many fair weather friends
But very few true friends
The one friend that will always be there
No matter what kind of weather it is
I have been very lucky to have met you
For you have been a true friend in deed
And as my true friend
You are a part of my family
