| My convertible-project has been delayed by many
reasons. Now, finally, it´s time for the renovation to start. I have found the right man to help me restore the body and to do the rustrepair. The work starts in september or october and the bodywork will be done this winter. Pictures of the work will come on my site as promised earlier. Bengt |
One of my dreams was to restore/own a Mustang Convertible 65 - 66, and in spring 1999 that dream become a reality. The Mustang was bought in Baltimore, USA, and was a one owner car. It has never been restored or touched before, except for the paint that originally was Emberglo.
The interior is Parchment and the engine is 289 2V. It also have powersteering and power top.
The restoration start this winter with reparing the car from all rust, and there is some! I´m planing to restore the Mustang like it was in 1966.
