June 1999: Bought a new project car, Mustang Conv 1966. Renovation pictures.

December 08 2003: A restart of the renovation of the convertible. Here are the new pictures of the floor.

Factory GT-Mustang with the code PIO (Performance, Image, Option) and also factory A/C. The Mustang have Power-Steering, Wire-Style Wheel Covers, Luggage-Rack, Rally-Pac, Tinted Glass All Around and 3-Speed Aut (C4).

Hot 225-Hp Challenger Special V-8 (10 to 1 comp. ratio, 4-barrel carb.)

Dual straight-through exhaust system with flared, chrome tail-pipe extensions. Mustang's Special Handling Package (heavy-duty suspension, 22 to 1 overall steering ratio), GT-Gas Cap, Fade resisting Disc Brakes, Fog-Lamps in the grille, Five dial instrument cluster, GT-fender badges, Bright-metal hood accent molding, and GT-stripes along the lower body.

I have driven the Mustang about 500 miles, only in summer, and visited some American Car Meetings. lt's a great car to drive and to own. lt's easy to understand the popularity of the car, throughout the World, just as much today as it was 32 years ago.
