Frank Miller
Family Values - a sin city yarn

miho on blades. Mr Miller decided to release this story as a one-shot. [Not that I complain, or anything, I prefer the tradepaperbackstuff anyway.] This piece is 126 pages of awesome Sin City action - not that you would expect anything else either. Yes, it's bloody splended. An excellent story and superbous art - as usual - and this time has mr Miller even put some humour in it. [I mean, humour that even I could get the point.] This story is in my humble opinion the second best story in the Sin City series so far, much better than A Dame To Kill For and The Big Fat Kill, but yet it has a lot left to the original miniseries.
The Family Values headcharacters are Dwight and Miho, and they are up to something. Something worth killing for, as usual. And, Miho Is quite good at it. Fat man and Little boy are also seen, but their existence are to me unnecessary. Much more unnecessary than the Itallianmob guys Miho happen to run in to...

getting shot is never ok.

Miller draws Family Values rougher than the miniseries, as with the other
one-shots - exception; The Babe Wore Red - , but the roughness are
Really cool here, not at all as lousy as for an example Marv was drawn
in Lost, Lonely & Lethal. Above, an perfect example of the groovy
roughness.

bartender. Don't you think he got a small head? ;]

  dwightguy.
So. How many of you people think This guy had many friends in school?   Dwight seems to be very fond of standing in the way of cars.

Dressed like this, with paperbags over her head
and all, the Mihochick is worth a Very good salory.
Before Family Values I thought Dwight was quite a bore, but now I don't.
