How to Become a Homeland Citizen
	Well, all you have to do is send a letter to the secret Homeland address... Not an e-mail, but a proper one. This letter must contain the following information: A few words about why you want to become one of us. Your own signature, and, if possible, the signature of a Homeland citizen. A stamp (unused) of a suitable value (or international reply coupon). Plus an optional unofficial bribe... [Bribes will make things fo faster and smoother.] Your address, so we can send you your Proof of Citizenship/Passport. The Monarch will decide if you will recieve a citizenship. Most of the citizenships granted will be Type D. This is a citizenship without responsibilities or rights, but with some support from the Monarch.
