The plot

A couple of bad guys arranges man hunts for the rich in New Orleans. They choose old Vietnam veterans without home and family, offers them a nice little penny if they can escape. If they don't manage to escape they get killed. Frank Deveraux is an unemployed sailor who gets hired by a woman whos father got killed in one of the manhunts. After a bit of snooping around Frank Deveraux finds himself to be the next target.
