The plot

A new drug is beeing released on the streets by the Japaneese Yakuza (Mafia). Kenner (Dolph Lundgren) is a cop in the narcotics devision who starts a full-scale war with the Yakuza with only his new partner (Brandon Lee) as aid. When Kenner first faces the Yakuza boss he recognizes him as the man who killed his parents when he was a young boy. Now it's payback time!
