The plot

An illegal martial arts tournament is held at the "Coloseum", a special built arena where fighters battle to the death in three qualifying matches to finally face the Champion. There is only one rule, THERE ARE NO RULES!!! Travis (one of the guys from the first film) enters the tournament in secrecy and qualifies to the final match and there he gets killed. And his body is thrown in the river to exterminate all clues to the tournament. But Eric Roberts son sees the whole thing and now the bad guys are after him. After a few fights they finally get the kid and now they force Tommy Lee (Philip Rhee) to enter the tournament.
