Jedi Knight Mysteries of the Sith review
The plot
You take on the role of Kyle Katarn (the mercenary/Jedi knight from the previous games) and Mara Jade (a former smuggler and apprentice of the Emperor but now a trainee of Katarn). The game takes place five years after Jedi Knight and Kyle is training Mara in the force on a rebel base on Altyr 5. But suddenly they get disturbed by a big force of Imperial attackers who uses a new asteroid-based weapon to sneak up on the rebels. Off course Kyle and Mara is the only ones who can stop them.
My opinion
This is not just a add-on to Jedi Knight, it may have the same engine but there is a new character (Mara Jade) who you play on most of the levels, 7 new weapons: flashbombs, seekerrailgun, blastech gun (Han Solos gun in the movies), carbonite gun, a remote mine, stationary repeater gun and a sniper-scope for the stormtrooper rifle, over a dozen new enemies (like the Rancor, tie-pilots and pirates), active rebel soldiers who actually fight against the enemy and 14 new levels which is really well-made and logically built (there are a few exceptions though). This is a very good game well worth the money. I highly recomend it.
I give it 5 skulls of 5 possible.
Boner.
