Post Offices with bad service are common, but when they also are managed by corrupt an incompetent managers, the result will be a disaster. But observe, that most of the people working "on the floor" in the Swedish Post Office, do a very good work.

Only in Swedish: Stamp collector or philatelist? The answer is that the answer is more or less floating. Shortly you can say that the philatelist is not only interested in the stamps, but also in postal history, history of the stamps etc.
The stamps collector is more interested it the "just" the stamps, and does not think postal items as e.g. letters are so important for the collection.
